Are you curious about conducting a locked exam in computer rooms, but want to know more about how it works in practice? This workshop goes through how the KTH Digicertus Exam works and lets you test for yourself what it looks like for the students in the computer room.
Spot the difference – troubleshoot examination material in Canvas (120 min)
When you as administrative staff help teachers with examinations in Canvas, you need to be able to troubleshoot their examination room. This workshop gives you a theoretical basis and practical, hands-on experience for that kind of troubleshooting. You also get an overview of the underlying synchronization between different study administrative systems.
Assignments in Canvas (60 min)
This workshop is about the settings you as a teacher can make in Canvas Assignments to be able to design digital learning material and carry out anonymous assessment.
New Quizzes in Canvas (60 min)
In this workshop you will learn about New Quizzes in Canvas. The workshop covers different question types, settings for different assessment situations and how anonymous assessment of quizzes works.
Zoom before examination (60 min)
If Zoom is to be used during an examination, the Zoom meeting must be prepared beforehand. This workshop explains how you as administrative staff in the local support should prepare Zoom for an examiner. You will learn important settings and functions in Zoom and take part in answers to common questions from, for example, exam invigilators.
