Zoom before examination (60 min)
If Zoom is to be used during an examination, the Zoom meeting must be prepared beforehand. This workshop explains how you as administrative staff in the local support should prepare Zoom for an examiner. You will learn important settings and functions in Zoom and take part in answers to common questions from, for example, exam invigilators.
A workshop can be ordered by all teaching and course administration staff.
You who is a part of the local support get to learn how to book zoom meetings for exams for an examiner. This includes which settings to use in the room and common questions from zoom hosts/meeting hosts or digital invigilators.
Suitable for groups up to a maximum of 10 people, perfect for 6 people.
No specific preparations are required.
After completing the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Create a meeting room in Zoom.
- Schedule a meeting for someone else.
- Manage participants microphones.
- Save and download the Zoom chat.
- Create breakout rooms.
