With the app "Canvas Teacher", you as a teacher can be active in the course via the phone and, among other things, send and receive messages. You can convey results and assessments and time the publication of certain material.
Possibilities and limitations
The app allows you, as a teacher, to participate in a course via mobile, but it cannot replace the web version of Canvas. The app works best for managing and assessing already created course material.
Examples of possibilities in the app:
- Grade assignments.
- Manage already created assignments.
- Create and manage announcements.
- Create and manage discussions.
- Create and manage pages.
- Create and manage files.
- Use the student view.
