Bemanning Semestern

Wisums drift bevakas dagligen.

• Under veckorna 25–29 är E-handeln delvis bemannad.
• Under vecka 30-31 samt början på vecka 32 är det helt obemannat.
  Funktionsmailen kth-ehandel@kth.se bevakas EJ under denna period.

Behörigheter i beställningsflödet samt att utföra beställningar i WISUM ansvarar varje skola för. Kontaktuppgifter till respektive skola: intra.kth.se → Inköp och upphandling på KTH:s skolor

WISUM's operations are monitored daily.

• During weeks 25–29, the E-commerce team is partially staffed.
• During week 30-31 and the beginning of week 32, it is completely unstaffed.
  The function email kth-ehandel@kth.se will not be monitored during this period.

Each school is responsible for managing permissions within the ordering workflow and for processing orders in WISUM. Contact areas per school: intra.kth.se → Purchasing and procurement at KTH's schools
