Development dialogues

The development dialogue is an opportunity for you as a manager to strengthen the dialogue with your employees by reflecting on performance and planning for future development. The development dialogue also serves as a basis for the salary review.

A tool for you as a manager in your leadership

Development dialogues are part of KTH's collaboration agreement. This means that all employees are entitled to an development dialogue with their immediate manager at least once a year. The dialogue is held from February to April and provides a good foundation for the salary review in the fall. At the development dialogue, you can help your employees understand KTH's operational goals. It gives your employees an opportunity to talk to you about their contributions and see how they fit into the bigger picture. The goal of the dialogue is to create an individual development plan for each employee.
