Working hours

Working hours and recovery are key aspects of the work environment. As a manager, you are responsible for ensuring that employees follow applicable working time regulations and get the recovery they need.

Working hours and recovery

Working hours are an important aspect of the work environment. Recovery is necessary to maintain good performance. Recovery is achieved through short breaks during the workday, daily rest periods, weekend rest, and vacation periods. As a manager, you should support your employees in following the regulations outlined in laws, central collective agreements, and local agreements adapted to our operations.

What applies to you and your employees?

Depending on the type of employment, you and your employees may either have regulated or non-regulated working hours. Feel free to seek support from HR and to learn more about working hours for your group.
