Local workplace or team meetings (APT)

As a manager you are required to plan and conduct local workplace meetings or team meetings (APT) at least once a month during the semester.

What is APT?

Local workplace or team meetings (APT) are a meeting format regulated by KTH's collaboration agreement. You should provide this kind of meting at least once a month during the semester. APT is a forum for dialogue between employers and employees, aimed at exchanging opinions, making suggestions, and influencing decisions.

Planning your APT's

You should schedule your APT's over a longer period. Attendance for employees is mandatory, and any absence must be reported to you as a manager. During workplace meetings, you follow an agenda. As a manager you ensure that someone in the group takes meeting notes, and that the notes are followed up on, at the next meeting. You will find the items that must be included in the agenda under the heading Agenda in the information about local workplace or team meetings (APT) .

Get support from HR

HR can support you with how to conduct APT. If necessary, HR can also participate as support during the meeting.
