Conference and congress services
Arranging a successful scientific conference or congress requires time and resources. To get help with various parts, conference services can be called up via KTH's framework agreement.
Conference and congress services
KTH's procured supplier is Meetx, contracted from 2023-12-07 until 2025-12-06.
The agreements cover assistance with the various elements in both physical and digital meetings, in whole or in part for the scientific conferences (a major conference of high international class in a research area) and congresses carried out by KTH.
The request is made through Wisum by the purchase manager or a person having the access for ordering event services.

- Participant management
- Hotel booking
- Abstract management
- Project management
- Follow-up and evaluation
- Digital platform
Requests through Wisum
This is how you do:
- Log in to Wisum (only in Swedish)
- Choose Produkter och tjänster
- Choose 02 - Vetenskapliga konferens- och kongresstjänster
- Choose Avropsmall och beskrivning
- Downlowd and fill in ”Avropsmall-Vetenskapligkonf-2023-12-15.docx” (a call-off template).
- Follow the "Lathund för nerladdning"(step by step description).
- A call-off request is sent via Wisum to Meetx.
- Meetx returns to the client with a quote.
- When the quote is approved, it is attached to the order via Wisum.
