Set title in pdf document

Accessibility guidelines state that all downloadable documents must have a title. This is not always set automatically when documents are converted to pdf, but it is easy to correct in Adobe Acrobat.

1. Accessibility test the document in Adobe Acrobat Pro as instructed on the page Make pdf documents accessible with Adobe Acrobat Pro .

2. Fold out the bold heading named Document in the test report on the left.

3. Right-click on the label Title. In the menu that appears, select the option to fix the title.

4. Uncheck the box that says the title bar should be left untouched.

5. Enter title and confirm.

6. Save the document.
