If your Citrix session is stalled
If a Citrix session is stalled in Citrix Workspace app, you can log off yourself from the session. Follow the guide below.
- Click the small upwards arrow to show all icons in the taskbar next to the clock, and find the blue icon for Citrix Workspace app.
- Right-click on the icon and choose Connection Center.
- Mark the yellow folder and choose Log off. Here you can end all the sessions that are stalled.
- Click on Yes to sign out from the session.
- Wait for 3 minutes before logging in again.
