If your Citrix session is stalled

If a Citrix session is stalled in Citrix Workspace app, you can log off yourself from the session. Follow the guide below.

  1. Click the small upwards arrow to show all icons in the taskbar next to the clock, and find the blue icon for Citrix Workspace app.
  2. Right-click on the icon and choose Connection Center.
  3. Mark the yellow folder and choose Log off. Here you can end all the sessions that are stalled.
  4. Click on Yes to sign out from the session.
  5. Wait for 3 minutes before logging in again.
