Preliminary electoral register ITM
The preliminary electoral register, containing all eligible voters at the ITM School for the Faculty Board election to be held in autumn 2026, is now available.
The preliminary electoral register (pdf 37 kB) is available for review from 14 to 20 September.
According to the Guidelines for the election of teaching staff representatives to the school's faculty board (In Swedish: Riktlinje om val av lärarledamöter i skolans fakultetsnämnd ), the following categories of staff are eligible to vote:
- Individuals employed on a permanent basis as professors, associate professors, lecturers or researchers, at a minimum of 50% of full-time employment.
- Individuals employed as assistant professors (biträdande lektorer) at a minimum of 50% of full-time employment.
- Individuals employed for a fixed term of at least two years as teachers in the fine arts at a minimum of 40% of full-time employment.
The determining date for voting eligibility is 1 October 2026. In addition, eligible voters must continue to meet the eligibility criteria throughout the voting period, from 23 October to 2 November 2026. Anyone on leave of absence for more than 50% of their position on either of these dates is not eligible to vote. This does not apply to paid leave, parental leave or sick leave.
