Property Department (PD)

Property Department (PD) is divided into six groups: Custodial and Maintenance Services, KTH Sustainability Office, Real Estate, Security and PD Office. PD is responsible for sustainable development in education, research and collaboration, KTH's environmental management system, facility and space planning, campus development, operation and maintenance of facilities and security.
