Do you have educational questions about e-learning or require personal coaching?

For support you should contact it-support@kth.se  as a first resort.

For educational support you can contact e-learning@kth.se  directly (we reply within two days time). Examples of pedagogical support could be questions about quizzes, discussion forums, video in teaching, LEQ and course design in Canvas.

Drop-in via Zoom

E-learning holds drop-in support events for teachers over Zoom on selected occasions. You can talk to employees at the E-learning management team and get answers to questions about digital teaching and about the system support that KTH provides. For example, the learning platform Canvas or digital tools such as Zoom and Möbius.

Personal coaching on e-learning

You can book a personal coaching session focused on your educational issues. You can get help with, for example, structuring a course room in Canvas, making videos, and creating quizzes. The coaching can be done through a personal physical meeting, web meeting, or via email.

As a complement to the support provided centrally by E-learning, local support is available at the schools, which can offer more practical assistance to teachers regarding digital teaching. The support varies between schools, and here you can find more information about what it looks like at your school, as well as contact details.
