KTH-CSC program is a joint scholarship doctoral program between KTH and China Scholarship Council (CSC). The process model below shows the entire procedure of the programme, from Call for position until the qualified students are admitted/accepted to KTH.

8 Apply for postition  (Student)

9 Open late position registration (Round 2)  (IRO)

10 Start the first evaluation step  (IRO)

11 Start the second evaluation step  (Supervisors)

12 Fill in Nomination Form  (Supervisors)

13 Sign Nomination Form  (School)

14 Send Nomination Form to IRO  (School)

15 Prepare Nomination List  (IRO)

16 Final review of Nomination List  (KTH Management Team)

17 Prepare invitation letters  (IRO)

18 Sign invitation letters  (Vice President för global relations)

19 Send invitations letters and rejection emails  (IRO)

20 Send Nomination List to CSC  (IRO)

21 Apply for scholarships at CSC  (Nominated students)

22 Evaluate applications and send aproved students list to KTH  (CSC)

23 Confirm CSC approved admission list  (IRO)

24 Apply for Visa at Migration Board  (Approved CSC students/scholars)

25 Arrange accommodation for approved CSC student/scholar  (KTH Relocation)
