Description
Once the 1st evaluation step is completed, IRO will forward all the qualified applications to the 2nd evaluation step. IRO will save all the application documents by Position Type, position number and School in database (KTH OneDrive). Each responsible supervisor will have access to the application documents for their own proposed postions. To evaluate the application, interviews to the applicants are strongly recommended.
IRO will send the information to related supervisors so they know where to find the application documents and evaluation steps, etc.
In the shared folder with the supervisors, there will be the following documents:
- Information for supervisor:
- Email to supervisor
- 1st evaluation result
- Applicants’ information
- Nomination Form (empty form)
- Application documents
