The student is not invoiced for the period of the approved leave from study. The Swedish Migration Agency is notified.

Description

  • The School sends a copy of the decision of approval of approved leave from studies regarding the tuition fee paying student to KTH Admissions Office via info@kth.se
  • The administrator for tuition fees makes a note of the approved leave from studies in the invoicing file to avoid sending an invoice to the student during the semesters in which the student is on a leave from studies.
  • The administrator of tuition fees notifies the Swedish Migration Agency via e-mail regarding the student´s approved leave from studies (as per agreement).

The Swedish Migration Agency contacts the student and possibly initiates a matter of revocation of the residence permit.
