Programme students

For approved leave from studies of less than one year, a change of “course packaging instance” is not recommended.

In order for the student to be able to plan their studies and participate in the next course selection, the student needs to contact the study counselor at least two weeks prior to the opening of course selection.

If the student does not have an approved leave from studies or if the approved leave from studies has expired, see process: Managing Returning Programme Students without an Approved Leave from Studies. ¨
