KTH has five campuses and several workplaces. KTH Campus, KTH Kista, KTH Flemingsberg, KTH Södertälje and KTH Solna.

Access Cards at KTH Campus

All basic matters, like changing pin code, retrieving a new card or replacing a broken card, are taken care of in KTH Entré .

Students are also welcome to email Card Office, Back Office regarding basic student access to this e-mailaddress:

  • Please remember that all request shall be sent from your KTH email address.
  • Make sure you´re registered for the semester before you email the Card Office: Course registration
  • If you need help with your registration, please contact your coordinator or your course- and Student Office:
    Course- and Student Offices
  • For other accesses, please contact the service center of your school or someone responsible for access cards at your school.

Employeed shall always contact the service center of their school or an administrator for access cards at their department.

How to encode your telephone extension

In order to give students , our fellow workers and the public the very best service, we ask you to please encode your extensions when you´re not able to take your calls. For instance when you are on vacation, at conference, at meetings, on lunch break etc.
