Recruiting an industrial doctoral student

Prospective principal supervisors who plan on recruiting an industrial doctoral student do not need to advertise the position. Fill in the web form Doktorandrekrytering / Recruitment of doctoral students  (KTH login required) and choose the third alternative “Motivation letter (industrial doctoral student)” from the list. Thereafter, contact the school's agreement officer to draw up an industrial doctoral student agreement, which must be signed by the Head of School and the student's employer before being valid. Once the agreement has been finalized, the supervisor should start the admission process  from “Step 2: Admission”, in contact with Doctoral Education Support .
