The recruitment process for positions at EECS Professional Support

|For positions that extend beyond six months, a recruitment permit is required. The HR unit provides support in this.|
|Advertising||HR helps review advert drafts and with publishing the advertisement via the recruitment system Varbi.|
|When the application deadline has passed, you as a manager make a first selection.|
|Invitation for interview||Set aside time in your schedule for interviews and invite candidates via the system or by phone.|
|Interview 1||HR can assist in the preparation of interview material. HR can participate in interview 1.|
|Selection 2||Based on interview 1, you make a second selection where 2-3 candidates move on to a second interview.|
|Interview 2||The recruiting manager conducts interview 2.|
|Referral||HR can assist in drawing up questions for referral and can in some cases perform the referral.|
|Notifications||The recruiting manager notifies the candidates who have been called for an interview but will not move forward in the process.|
|Salary negotiation with selected candidate||HR can assist with statistics on salaries at EECS. The HR manager wants to know the salary level before you move forward with an offer to the candidate.|
|Employment contract||HR drafts an employment contract and sends a welcome e-mail to the candidate.|
|End of recruitment||HR finishes the recruitment in the system, writes official notifications and files the recruitment.|
