Recruitment

As a public authority we are obligated to announce all vacant positions at the school. In regards to this demand, it is advantageous if the recruitment process is planned in good time before the desired start of employment.

On these pages, you can read more about the EECS specific recruitment processes for the various positions at KTH. At the central web pages for recruitment you can read about the KTH processes .

HR at EECS offers a workshop in recruitment and the recruitment system Varbi, for more information about when and how to sign up, please go to this web site .

Permission to recruit and personal competencies

A permission to recruit is needed for employments longer than six months and with a percentage of over 50%. The permission is the basis for the advertisment, so it is important that you think through and clearly write down what education, experiences and personal competencies the candidates should have.

The personal competencies are the basis for the competence-based interview questions that you can download from the recruitment system when it is time for interviews. You can choose from a large number of competencies that have been developed by Malin Lindelöw and selected by KTH.
