Dear all,

I’m sorry to inform you that our former colleague Lars Eriksson has passed away. He left us this summer, July 26. Lars Eriksson worked as a full-time teacher in the SKD group until about 10 years ago, and kept showing up to help correcting exams and join our annual dinners until just before the pandemic.

When I started working at KTH, I taught a class together with Lars, and I have appreciated his friendship for a long long time. He was an outstanding teacher, with great compassion for his students and was very much appreciated with his colleagues.

The funeral is this Thursday. We will send flowers from MMK and hopefully some of us can attend as well.
