Employee Pulse Survey
As a manager, you play a key role in creating a positive and sustainable work environment. KTH's Employee Pulse Survey of the organizational and social work environment, provides you with valuable insights into your team’s well-being and development needs.
Strengthen the work environment
KTH examines the organizational and social work environment four times per year with the KTH Employee Pulse Survey. The survey includes both reoccurring questions and focus areas that change from time to time. As a manager, you are responsible for reviewing and following up on the results with your team, ideally during a local workplace or team meetings (APT). It is enough to select one area to strengthen and one area to develop.
Get support from HR
At each school, there is a contact person you can reach out to for technical questions related to the KTH Employee Pulse Survey. If you need support on how to present the results to your employees or assistance with suggestions for actions, HR can help. There are several ways to follow up on the results, the important thing is that you do it, and that you do it together!
