E-signatures at KTH
KTH uses e-signatures to handle internal decisions as well as employment contracts and employment confirmations. On these pages you will find information about how e-signature works and how to get started.
If you are thinking about signing a document digitally, please start by reading about when a signature is actually needed: Regarding signing documents.
It is important to use the right Word templates so that the signatures work correctly in the system. Detailed instructions on how to handle Word templates and Adobe Sign can be found in the menu on the left.
If you do not have the same appearance as in the images, click on the link "Switch to the new experience" at the top right.

E-signing of employment contracts via Addo Sign
Employment contracts at KTH are managed via Addo Sign, a digital signing service integrated with KTH-HR. Addo Sign enables secure and smooth e-signing with eID, which allows contracts to be approved and signed digitally.
