The IA System
IA stands for Information System about Work Environment (Swedish: Informationssystem om Arbetsmiljö). At KTH, IA is used for handling occurrences in the work environment such as incidents (near misses), risk observations and occupational injuries (accidents).
The IA system was called-off jointly from the Social Partners’ Councils program Sustainable working life (partsradet.se) and has been in use at KTH since 1 November 2021. The implementation was prompted by a test period at the CBH School.
