13-21 May 2025 67 (+0) 61 % (-2 %)

*This is an index (0-100), containing the average result of the drivers in Pulse index (the 10 recurring core questions). Higher results indicate that the employees experience a more satisfactory working situation in their day-to-day job.

Core questions

The Pulse Index is unchanged since the last survey. KTH's strongest area, Enthusiasm, with the question "We have a positive working climate at our workplace" has increased with one point since the last survey. The area Inclusion, with the question "I feel community in the workplace" are, as in the last survey, in second place and with slightly better results. The weakest area continues to be Balance - workload, with the question "My current workload is at an appropriate level", where the score has decreased by one point since the last survey. The area of Balance - work/leisure with the question "I have a good balance between work and free time", has also decreased by one point since the last survey.

Theme area: Organization and leadership

The whole theme area is, all in all, unchanged since the survey done last year (in quarter 2). The best results can be seen connected to the question "My immediate manager is available when I need it". It continues to point to an ongoing dialogue between manager and employee.

The question with the weakest result is still "The overall direction for KTH is clear", with an increase of one point since the second quarter of 2024. One reason for the improved result may be the work with KTH's vision and overall goals 2024–2028 . There is therefore development potential in the area, for example by working more with KTH's vision and overall goals 2024–2028 .
