Web editor team for education support

The web editors coordinate content and way of work on the intranet and student web pages in order to make it easier for teachers and students to find relevant and accessible information about the education at KTH.

About the web editor team

The group gathers editors from different parts of both the University Administration (GVS) and the Department of Learning at the ITM school. During the pandemic, the majority of the editors participate in the work done by the special work group for the digitalisation of education (see the next section). 

The web editorial team has meetings every week. Aside from coordinating content and ways of working, there is also an exchange and development of knowledge.

About the special working group for the digitalisation of education (AG)

AG is a temporary organisation whose purpose has been decided in the president’s decisions V-2020-0234, V-2020-0411, V-2020-0512 and V-2020-0801. The aim with AG is to have a group who manages, coordinates, prioritises and communicates KTH’s resources around the digitalisation of education in order to collect and learn from the experiences from the digital transformation during the spring of 2020, as well as to support the digital and remote teaching and examination during the academic year of 2020/2021. 

The working group was set up in 2020-03-19 and is expected to end in 2021-06-31. In AG there are:

  • Management object E-learning (IT, support, digital learning)
  • Management object StudAdm
  • Project digital examination
  • Syncronisation teams (Web meeting, video and streaming, educational administration and local support). 
  • Staff function for management, coordination and communication.
