Course analysis and course development
All courses at KTH are followed up annually so that they can be continuously developed. This is mainly done through course analyses, which can be based on results from course surveys, course meetings and other lessons learned during the course.
Course development is central to KTH's goal to offer education of the highest quality. By continuously developing and analysing courses, we ensure that the content and structure are current, relevant and adapted to the needs of students and society.

Course analysis
The course analysis can be based on several sources such as student feedback (such as the course survey), different types of course or programme meetings, examinations, and teachers' own reflections.
Course analysis is filled in via Canvas. A template to fill in is automatically published in the course room at the end of each course and the course coordinator receives an e-mail reminder when it is available to fill in.
A limited part of the course analysis is automatically published in the course room in Canvas. Some course data and information about changes introduced for the next course offering are also published under the course's About course page.
How to fill in course analysis
Action plan
The action plan is a more in-depth version of the course analysis that is created for courses with certain development needs. The action plan allows more time and space to analyse and develop the course.
