Order access to Edge

Contact KTH IT-support to order access to Edge.

The person has to be staff or consultant.
KTH IT-support needs to know:

  • Username for the person.
  • What wiev the person should have in the left column.

The access to support groups is managed by the local supportgroup administrator for the support group.

Facts:

Access to Edge is in 3 parts.

  1. Access to the system Edge - order from KTH IT-Support as described above.
    This access is synchronized once every night. So login can be done at earliest the day after reply from KTH IT-Support.
  2. Access to the views in the left column at your school/department - order from KTH IT-Support at the same time.
    To be able to connect the right school/department views an attempt to log in has to be done in Edge. The login does not have to be successful, so you can try to login even before step 1 (above) is finnished.
  3. Access to a supportgroup and the tickets - is managed by the supportgroupsadministrator at your school/department.
    A supportperson can be added before step 1 and 2, even that the person cannot login to Edge.
