Current issues

2024-11-18
When downloading attachments from Edge - The service management system, you get an error message:
"Antivirus service not available, file not scanned. Downloading the file."
The attachment is downloaded despite the error message.

Fixed issues

Formatting of forwarded e-mails

2023-03-23 (fixed 2024-02-15)
If an e-mail is forwarder from Edge the formatting will be lost.
Workaround: Use reply instead of forward.
 

Formatting of quoted letters in Reply-to

2019-03-19 (Fixed 2019-04-04)
When the Reply-to function is used on an incoming letter, the quoted letter is displayed as text, without formatting, which can be difficult to read.
The error has been reported to the supplier who is working on a solution.
 

2019-03-18 (Fixed 2019-03-20)
Cases created using the KTH-Forms enter the system with the customer noreply@kth.se.
The customer must then be manually changed to the correct customer in the case from the information in the received e-mail.
This also means that the customer does not receive an auto reply.
