Employee’s Accounting
1. Hoover the mouse on “Employment management” and click on “Employment files”
2. Make sure you are in the “Employment files” tab and search for the employee
3. Click on the employee’s row to open their information
4. Go to the “Salary” tab, where you will find the “Current Accounting” for the person
5. If you want more information, click on “Details”
6. There you can see historical records if the person has changed cost centers or if the person is allocated to multiple organizational units and/or projects. Ex 1:
If the person has split accounting, only one account will appear in the salary view, but if you click “Details”, you can see how the accounting is distributed. Ex 2:
