Employee contact information and next of kin
Employees need to enter their information in KTH-HR themselves. Here are the instructions on how to do this: Register Personal Information.
Once this information has been entered, it will be transferred to Self-Reporting.
Employee contact information
1. Hover over “My libraries” and select “Reports”
2. Click on “Adresslista”
3. You will now see all your employees in a list, and you can filter them at the top if you wish (but it’s not necessary), if you filter you have to press “View report”
4. You can save the file either as a PDF or as an Excel sheet. If you save the file, do so with caution and only for personal use
Employees next of kin
1. Hover over “My libraries” and select “Reports”
2. Click on “Anhöriglista (next of kin)”
3. You will now see all your employees in a list, and you can filter them at the top if you wish (but it’s not necessary), if you filter you have to press “View report”
4. You can save the file either as a PDF or as an Excel sheet. If you save the file, do so with caution and only for personal use
