Employee contact information and next of kin
Employees need to enter their information in KTH-HR themselves. Here are the instructions on how to do this: Register Personal Information.
Once this information has been entered, it will be transferred to Self-Reporting.
Employee contact information
1. Hover over “My libraries” and select “Reports”
2. Click on “Adresslista”
3. You will now see all your employees in a list, and you can filter them at the top if you wish (but it’s not necessary), if you filter you have to press “View report”
4. You can save the file either as a PDF or as an Excel sheet. If you save the file, do so with caution and only for personal use
Employees next of kin - My employees
1. You can also view your employees’ emergency contacts by going to “My Employees”. Hover over “My Employees” and click on “Personnel Files”
2. Click on “Contact persons”, and all your employees along with their emergency contacts will appear. If you wish, you can also apply a selection
3. You can save the file as both a PDF and an Excel sheet. If you choose to save the file, do so with caution and only for personal use. Then click on “More” and select “Export”
Employees next of kin - My libaries
1. Hover over “My libraries” and select “Reports”
2. Click on “Anhöriglista (next of kin)”
3. You will now see all your employees in a list, and you can filter them at the top if you wish (but it’s not necessary), if you filter you have to press “View report”
4. You can save the file either as a PDF or as an Excel sheet. If you save the file, do so with caution and only for personal use
