Register hours hourly workers

Here you find instructions for hourly workers on how to register your worked hours in KTH-HR.

Register hours step by step

1. Log in to KTH-HR.

2. Click on “Employee” (Medarbetare) tab and “My Working Hours" (Min arbetstid).

3. If you work in multiple locations, make sure to select the correct department from the list above your schedule. If you have worked in multiple departments within the same month, remember to switch departments when reporting.

4. Select the month you are reporting hours for and click on the day you want to enter hours.

5. a. Enter the start and end time for your working hours. Select the type of time, such as "student".

5. b. If you have taken a break, enter the total number of minutes. Alternatively, you can also add multiple work shifts on the same day.

5. c. In the comments field, you can provide information to help your manager review the hours, such as the course code.

6. Click on the "Deviating Allocation" (Avvikande kontering) box. A new window will open.

7. Select "Org Unit" (Orgenhet) and "Project" (Projekt) from the dropdown list according to the information email you received regarding your employment offer. Click "Select" (Välj).

8. When you have registered your working hours, a view will appear that shows the worked hours that you have registrered.
