Register On-call

1. Hover your mouse over “Self-reporting”, “Employee”, and select “My working hours”

2. Make sure you are in the correct planning view. Double-click on the day you wish to register on-call duty. Alternatively, select the day and click “Change day”

3. Enter “Start”, “End”, and select “Beredskap (On-call)” as the time type. Then click “Save”

4. You will now see in the calendar that on-call duty has been registered. If you are required to report to the workplace, overtime compensation will apply. To register this in Self-reporting, you need to split the on-call duty. Double-click on the day you wish to split the on-call duty or select the day and click “Edit day”

5. Select the beredskap (on-call) row and click “Divide”

6. If the time falls in the middle of the on-call duty, choose “Insert” and then enter the time range during which you worked, and click “Save”

7. You have now split the on-call duty into three parts. Select the row corresponding to the time you worked and change the type of time to “Mer/Övertid peng (Extra/Overtime pay)”, then click “Save”

8. This is how it will appear in your calendar once registered. Your manager will then approve it for payroll processing.
