Projects by theme
On this page, the projects are grouped by theme, a classification that is more flexible than the principles. You can also view which projects are ongoing and which have been completed within each theme.
Themes vs main principles
When analysing the project portfolio, several larger groupings can be identified with approximately 10 projects each (see image above). These groups are called themes and complement the division by principle from our principle framework. The projects choose one main principle and can then add several other principles that the project touches upon. Some projects may have difficulty choosing a single main principle, which is why an alternative grouping by theme can be useful. Theme grouping also allows to show focus for themes that lie completely outside the principle framework. One such example is the theme 'AI in learning and teaching'.
Just as for the grouping by principle, all projects are listed under one theme.

If you are missing a project from the list below, please email framtiden@kth.se . The project number at the end of the line consists of the decision year and a serial number (no ranking function). The projects are listed in numerical order.
